Services and Pricing
Vacant Staging
After a free consultation visit, Grand Staging will create the perfect combination of furnishings to fill an empty space. Every project is unique, contact us for a free quote. All Grand Staging inventory is available for monthly rental.
Full Vacant Stage
Staging will include initial consult, planning, delivery, installation and 1 month rent.
Furniture Rental - Vacant Property
Maybe your uninhabited home just needs a few items to complete it's look, we can help! We will provide just what you need for a monthly rental fee.
Occupied Staging
Our staging expertise extends to help design spaces using what is already in place, working with sellers to help prepare for an upcoming move and eliminating the need for furnishing rentals.
Walk and Talk Consultation

Certified staging professional will meet with and tour sellers property detailing edits and changes that can be made, as well as simple tips and tricks that are proven to boost property appeal to buyers. Walk and talk consultations provide clients with up to 2.5 hours of touring time for a flat rate.
Detailed Consultation Report

In addition to your walk and talk consultation, you may choose to receive a detailed report including photos and stager's suggestions. No need to try and recall every detail, we'll provide that for you!
Occupied Staging
Starting at 399.00
Save time and energy while we transform your space to be a more neutral, buyer friendly environment. We can even give sellers a head start on packing. An initial consult will detail all changes to be made, client must provide moving boxes and space for edited items.
Staging Tips and Tricks

Every occupied staging client will receive a packet of helpful information on how to prepare for a showing, the ideal bed recipe, moving tips and more helpful information from Grand Staging that will help insure a successful sale.
Photo Styling
Let Grand Staging assist in getting the perfect photos for your listing! We will bring the fluff to help bring your home's best attributes to life in photos. Listing photos are your first opportunity to impress prospective buyers, lets wow them!

In order to keep our inventory in prime condition, we only rent our furniture to stage vacant homes. Our occupied staging consults are a great way to get a new perspective on what you already have and how to best arrange your furnishings for marketing. Additionally, we are more than happy to help sellers find furniture pieces that will fit the aesthetic of your new home that can be staged in your current home.
BEFORE! First impressions mean a lot, this is especially true when posting a home listing online. Your listing photos should represent your home at it's very best. Don't miss out on your perfect buyer because your initial listing did not appeal to them. Stage your home first, and for added panache add a photo styling before photos are taken.
After an initial consultation you will be provided with a quote for your project. Included with your quote will be a 50% deposit amount. Once that deposit is received your stage date will be recorded in our schedule. Depending on our schedule your stage will normally be completed withing 1-4 weeks. Summer months tend to be busier, but we will always do our best to accommodate your timeline.
